hMPV sucks

Last week Ally and I believe we caught some hMPV. It’s been close to one full week of having it and I’m just barely making it out of the woods.

According to the Idaho Statesman it’s been on the rise in the area.

I’m hoping we can get back to the gym and a regular routine this week.
